This unique and peculiar chandelier is called Downstairs. It's the creation of the Dutch designer Bertjan Pot and it recently won the 1st Frame-Moooi Award (2012). The Downstairs comes in 5 sizes:  4 steps, 6 steps, 8 steps, 10 steps and 12 steps, after request. All models can be made with light bulbs or energy saving LED lights. Great idea!

It's presents' time! I was really excited discovering the first limited edition 'Cookbook - Christoforos Peskias - Calendar 2013'. This week I visited IKEA and discovered this wonderful floor lamp. It's called HEKTAR and it's one of the new IKEA's series for 2013. I really like its matt black-painted metal rough industrial look and it can be a contemporary design statement for every living room.

I'm not really into cats but this print stole my heart away. I've spotted it on various blogs and I finally found it on the UK store of BODIE and FOU. Unfortunately this print, named Meow print, was a limited edition which is no longer available and will not be produced again. BUT there're some similar-black&white-style prints for sale, such as Le Chat print, Mima Le Chat, Monkey print and the Batgirl (see after the jump).
