Travelling Wares

Kara Rosenlund owns a shop with vintage treasures named Travelling Wares. But it's not a regular shop. It's a shop on wheels; a caravan pop-up shop. Kara and her husband, Timothy, restored their vintage 1956 Franklin Caravan and they nicknamed it Frankie. The exterior was painted dark navy blue and the interior crisp white with navy accents. Hitting the road in style, they tour around Australia and sell vintage items, such as English pudding bowls and mixing bowls, enamelware, French wooden spoons, French dinner plates, Australian glass preserving jars, canisters, cutlery and more. Kara also runs an online version of Travelling Wares where you can find all their one of a kind authentic vintage wares.

A pop-up café in London

It's a new trend and it's everywhere! I'm talking about different kinds of temporary stores and cafés that pop up out of the blue in the most bizarre sites. One of them is the Movement Pop-Up Cafe in Greenwich district, in south-eastern London. Colourful, fresh and full of life, MVMNT Cafe and performance space was constructed in just 16 days during the summer, ready to serve passers by and Olympics' visitors.
