'Sukha means 'joy of life' in Sanskrit, the language of the Buddhist monks in India and Nepal. Sukha simply is, a bundle of joy!' This is how Irene Mertens, Sukha's owner, welcomes you into the online version of her concept store. This white, simple, airy, whimsical warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam is an amazing place where you can find fashion items, books, accessories, presents and unique handmade products from Dutch designers. The interior total white loft space offers a great base for the product display. Both the decoration and the shop window change quite often but the off-white aesthetic is something that always stays. All the amazing illustrations and hand-lettering are by Barbara van den Berg; love the handpainted rug on the floor. If I ever had a store it would definitely look like Sukha!

In white we trust! White is the ultimate colour to create the best canvas for a scandi-inspired house. In this case, Ida Olofsgård, the owner of the interior design store Sockerklaras in Sävsjö, Sweden, and her husband, Kristoffer renovated their 1800-built timber-frame farmhouse by painting all the interiors pure white. Rustic wood details, leather, vintage and shabby-chic furniture, beige and grey linen are just some of the features that make this house looks so fresh, friendly and charming. Love the entrance-porch with the hammock.

This house is absolutely a m a z i n g ! I mean, it's not just that it has the total-white interior style that I love but its location is magical, surrounded by trees and all this wonderful nature. I have to admit that bloggers have the most stylish homes and one of the many examples is this one, which belongs to interior stylist Mary from Mary made this. Bright and white with big windows, celebrating the beautiful garden, white-washed interiors, vintage details and several flowers and pots with plants are some of the things that make me say that I would love to live there and drink my morning coffee, sitting on the cute wooden bench in the garden!
Total white; white floor, white walls, white doors, white everywhere! Such a beautiful white apartment in Helsinki owned by the blogger Hanna. I like that she uses wooden and green(flowers and plants) details to bring warmth and cosiness in a cool-white environment. Also, blue, yellow, red and pink touches on decorating items bring colour and joy in this modern family apartment.
It was nice to find these truly inspiring photos full of shades of white, black, grey, beige and brown from the e-catalogue of the online shop El Ramla Hamra. There you can find beautiful Moroccan-style home accessories, jewellery and textile, all styled very carefully and lovely. I'm totally in love with these cement tiles in Moorish/Portuguese style, that the company used for the catalogue's photoshoot, and the silver lanterns and lightings. The following images are a great example of contemporary white-inspired interior with a Moroccan touch.
